Persepsi Siswa-Siswi Terhadap Iklim Sekolah Menengah Atas Kristen di Bandung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa-siswi tentang iklim SMA Kristen. Iklim sekolah yang kondusif memiliki dampak positif bagi perkembangan siswa. Sebanyak 756 siswa dari 6 sekolah berbeda di Bandung berpartisipasi dalam survei ini. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner What’s Happening In This School (WHITS) dan survei Faith Engagement. Data menunjukkan distribusi tidak normal, sehingga studi ini menerapkan uji Whitney Mann U dan Kruskal-Wallis H. Hasil menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan dalam aspek Mengakui Keberagaman dan Kejelasan Aturan berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Perbedaan signifikan juga ditemukan pada aspek Kejelasan Aturan, Melaporkan dan Mencari Bantuan, dan Pengaruh Sekolah terhadap Imanku berdasarkan level kelas. Berdasarkan sekolah, perbedaan signifikan juga dilaporkan pada aspek Dukungan Guru, Mengakui Keragaman, dan Pengaruh Sekolah terhadap Imanku. Pembahasan, kesimpulan, dan rekomendasi juga disertakan dalam studi ini.
